Outstanding offering this week from a duo who've been prolific of late, Emily Biegas and Sala Wanetick. It's called "Smooth Turns" and it's 4/5 difficulty. Classic is proud to run their stuff.

Emily writes: "Hi fellow crossword people! I am so excited to be making my AVCX debut and sharing another byline with Sala. Outside of constructing crosswords, I spend my free time in the Detroit music scene and play guitar in a three-piece band called ZEM. You can check us out on bandcamp!"

And Sala writes: "I'm so hyped to be back in AVCX with my crossword soulmate, Emily.
