Dear friends:

Welcome to the penultimate Lil AVCX puzzle of 2025! What a year it has been. Today's puzzle is an 11x11 called "Front Company," our sixth installment from UK-based roster member Ben Wilson. As always with Ben's crosswords, it's filled with wordplay and a great variety of interesting tidbits, which we think will give you just the right amount of brain work for the end of the year.

Ben says: "This will be the final puzzle of my time on the 2025 Lil AVCX roster, and I have a lot of people to thank! A special shout out goes to Will, Olivia, and Sally who run the program and gave me the opportunity to be a part of it — and also my mentor Jess Shulman, who has supported me and my wild ideas, kept me on task and on schedule, and taught me so much about the process and particulars of making crosswords for an outlet. I'm hugely grateful to everyone involved in making the program happen, and I'm excited to see what the 2026 roster brings!"

Just a note that we have not included a .jpuz file for this puzzle, as we found some characters were not rendered correctly in that version.
